Having Problems with Our System?

We apologize if you have been having problems with our system building your iPhone Apps. We have discovered that our system has been freezing up with PC and Mac users. If you have encountered this issue most likely it is due to the Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.42.34 or higher that iss installed on your web browser. Unfortunately, the only solution for the moment is to down-grade your Flash Player to version 10.0.32.18. We ask for your patience as we are working hard to create a new and more robust system that will be relased early March 2010. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Flash Player Down-Grade for Mac

  1. Download Flash Player version 10.0.32.18 and follow the onscreen instructions. Once installed successfully you can close.

  2. That's it! You have down-graded your version of Flash Player. Check to confirm that you have installed version 10.0.32.18.

Flash Player Down-Grade for PC

  1. First you must uninstall your current version from your registry. Download this uninstaller file and save it to the "C:" drive directory.

  2. Run the command prompt.

    In Vista - click the windows icon on the lower left and in the "Start Search" text box type in "cmd" and press Enter. The command window should open.

    In XP - click Start -> Run -> type in "cmd" and press Enter. The command window should open.

  3. In the command window type "cd.." until the directory displays "C:\>" and then type "uninstall_flash_player.exe/clean" and press Enter.

  4. The uninstaller should run and just click "Yes" you are sure you want to uninstall the flash player. Once completed you can click "Close" and you can close the command window.

  5. Choose which Flash Player Install you need for your browser from the list below and follow the onscreen instructions:
